What this site is
This site describes the AI agents and automation work we build, and gives you a way to reach us. It is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide any particular service.
Actual engagements are separate
If we work together, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between us — covering scope, price, timeline, and responsibilities. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the written agreement wins.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, submit false or misleading information through the contact form, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
Our content
The text, design, layout, logos, and other material on this site belong to Velez Digital Lab and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the pages normally. You may not copy the site’s content or design and present it as your own, or use our name and logo without permission.

The example conversations shown on this site are illustrations of how an agent behaves. They are not transcripts of specific customers, and they are not promises of any particular outcome. What an automation achieves depends on your business, your data, and how it is set up.
